TELEHEALTH NURSE / CARE COORDINATOR

🚨 WE ARE HIRING: TELEHEALTH NURSE (CARE COORDINATOR)

Excel Health is building a patient-first digital healthcare system that combines telemedicine, nursing care, and home-based services.

We are looking for a Telehealth Nurse / Care Coordinator to be the heart of patient support.

🩺 ROLE OVERVIEW

You will:

• Be the first point of contact for patients
• Provide triage and initial assessment
• Support doctors during consultations
• Manage follow-ups and patient engagement
• Track chronic conditions (BP, sugar, medication adherence)

🎯 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A nurse who:

• Is registered with NMCN with at least 2 years post registration experience 
• Has hospital or community health experience
• Communicates clearly and calmly with patients
• Is comfortable using WhatsApp and digital tools
• HIPPA Certified
• Experience in the use of EMR/EHR
• Strong proactive skills 
• Great communication skills and ability to work independently
• Driving will be an added advantage

📍 DETAILS

• Hybrid (Nigeria) 
•  full-time
• Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦200,000/month (depending on experience)
