WE ARE HIRING: CHIEF NURSING OFFICER (CNO)
We are building a structured digital healthcare system at Excel Health, and we are looking for a strong nursing leader to help us scale safely and effectively.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As Chief Nursing Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all nursing operations across telehealth and mobile care services
- Managing nurse schedules, workflows, and operational coordination
- Developing and implementing clinical nursing protocols and standards
- Supervising care quality, patient outcomes, and service delivery excellence
- Leading training, onboarding, and continuous professional development for nurses
- Handling clinical escalations and ensuring safe patient-centered care
In addition to the above responsibilities, some assigned operational tasks may include:
- Coordinating virtual and physical nursing teams
- Monitoring nurse performance and compliance documentation
- Supporting recruitment and workforce planning
- Reviewing incident reports and quality assurance processes
- Assisting with partnership engagement for clinical operations
- Supporting the implementation of remote patient monitoring systems
- Participating in strategic planning and service improvement meetings
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A nurse leader who:
- Has 5+ years clinical experience
- Has leadership or supervisory experience
- Understands both hospital and community care
- Can build structure in a fast-moving environment

DETAILS
- Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday) but could be needed to work weekends sometimes and cover other nursing clinical roles based on demand.
- Location: Remote (Nigeria-based preferred)
- Compensation: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month (depending on scope)
