WE ARE HIRING: CLINICAL LEAD (TELEMEDICINE PHYSICIAN)
We are building Excel Health, a digital healthcare platform transforming how patients access care across Nigeria through telemedicine + home care services.
And we are looking for a Clinical Lead (Medical Doctor) to join us at this early but high-impact stage.
🩺 ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for:
- Leading all virtual clinical consultations
- Ensuring safe and high-quality patient care
- Supervising clinical protocols and nurse-led triage
- Supporting escalation and complex cases
- Ensuring full MDCN compliance

A doctor who is:
- Passionate about digital healthcare
- Comfortable with telemedicine (WhatsApp, video, phone)
- Experienced in general practice + chronic disease management

- Full-time
- Hybrid (Nigeria-based) (One day at the hub,2 days at home) base on availability
- MDCN licensed required
- Flexible compensation (per consultation or retainer model) (80% pay per consultation)
